WORK PAY ..
E 'so that you can summarize the success of Beatrice Giacalone, who at the European U18 Vienna held on 29/05/2010 has won the gold medal in the 63kg category.
in previous World category in November 2009 in Athens had qualified 7th, right after that result he asked me to take care of its preparation.
not presented as an easy challenge, the distance between Parma and Genoa seemed to make the operation very complex, but the strength of will and passion of Beatrice has made sure that this was never a limit.
.
.
We divided the work into two blocks: the regular sessions and special sessions.
.
sessions represented the usual daily work to be done, then JJFS specific work, but also Judo and Kickboxing.
Also I could set the session focused on the needs of athletic Beatrice to be developed in the gym.
Special sessions were developed in Parma, at least twice a month and they were devoted to test the athletic qualities and techniques to monitor their growth, and development of new elementi tecnici da poter introdurre nelle sessioni abituali; sottoporre il fisico a picchi d'allenamento funzionale ad alto impatto.
.
.
L'ottimo risultato is achieved thanks especially to Beatrice, who has proven to be talented and disciplined, but also a scientific method and complex, developed through years of experience, enriched by the latest discoveries in the field of athletic training and many people I got to know and to confront over the years.
.
I am sure that these skills can be of help to all the instructors who wish to enhance the competitive aspect in their Club, cutting moments dedicated technical and tactical depth, constructing a periodization of training leading Athletes in top form at certain meetings; planning regular training sessions by competitive technical / athletic to develop a fruitful work over time.
