11/11/2010 - Event for legality in the Public Trust to Nola
publish the press release for the March for Legally organized by workers of the Public Procurement of Cleaning and Porterage of the Premises of the Court of Nola.
The event was held on 11/11/2010 at P.za G. Bruno in Nola (in front of the courthouse).
Return to express the expectation of the workers cleaning and porterage service of the premises of the Court of Nola members of the local UTL / COSNIL.
aim of the event is to encourage a return to the rule of law in the management of custody of the Court of Nola cleaning and general public of all credit lines managed by the town of Nola.
Since the establishment of the Court of Nola, the burden of managing the entire maintenance of court buildings sector (construction, furnishings, cleaning, etc ...) is borne by the Office of the City of Nola on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
Contracts or fostering public at the Court of Nola (and in general all those run by the town of Nola) are presented and management profiles characterized by a highly discretionary and administrative practice in which the offense (administrative) is normal operational tool.
Over the past three years, UTL / COSNIL launched a democratic initiative to ensure the legality in the management of public credit lines, assuming that it is not possible without law any action aimed at protecting trade union rights.
The situation on which the workers intend to focus public attention is specifically the case of La Partenope Company Ltd which was awarded the contract for cleaning and porterage of the premises of the Court of Nola in 2008. When the company

These exercises are the result of years of experimentation, study, Passion, and are intended for all agonists, Open-minded instructors and teachers who wish to acquire a specialization in High JJ Fighting System.

Special sessions require a good technical knowledge, a state of optimal form, but above all a spirit of sacrifice and determination.
